Maureen M. Roberts

Maureen Roberts brings years of family law experience to every client she represents. Her path to becoming an attorney is uncommon — and it is precisely what sets her apart. She began her career at the front desk of a family law firm and, over the course of nearly twenty years, advanced through every level of the practice before being admitted to the Bar. That journey gave her something most attorneys simply do not have: a complete, ground-level understanding of how family law cases actually work — from both an operational and litigation perspective.



Having worked in virtually every role within a family law practice before becoming an attorney, Ms. Roberts understands not just the law, but the full experience of going through it. She knows how overwhelming the process can feel, how important clear communication is at every stage, and how much the details matter. 

Ms. Roberts represents clients in all aspects of divorce and related family law matters, including property division, support, and parenting arrangements. She approaches each case with a focus on preparation, organization, and strategic planning, recognizing that these matters often involve significant financial and personal considerations.

She maintains a deliberately limited caseload, allowing her to provide focused attention, consistent communication, and thorough, well-prepared representation tailored to each client’s circumstances. Her approach is steady and practical, prioritizing thoughtful resolution where appropriate while remaining fully prepared to advocate in court when necessary.

Ms. Roberts is known for providing clear, candid guidance so clients can make informed decisions throughout the process. She is responsive and communicative, ensuring clients remain informed and supported at every stage. She also offers limited scope representation where appropriate.

She represents clients throughout Solano County and surrounding areas and has been admitted to practice law in the State of California since May 2017.

Outside of her practice, Ms. Roberts values time with her family and maintaining a balanced, structured approach to both her professional and personal life.
